Buying a Richway Biomat is an investment, and now you have 30 days to experience it in your own home before making your final decision.
Richway's new 30-day trial gives you time to receive your Biomat, use it and decide whether it's right for you. If you decide not to keep it, make your return inquiry within 30 days of delivery. Under Richway's current return policy, an eligible return requested during that period qualifies for a 100% refund of the purchase price.
That means you aren't limited to looking at pictures, reading reviews or trying to decide how you'll like a Biomat before you've ever used one. You can order the Richway Biomat you want, experience it where you'll actually use it and make your decision from there.
Your 30 days begin when your order is delivered — not when you place your order.
How the Richway 30-Day Trial Works
1. Order Your Richway Biomat
Choose your Richway Biomat and place your order normally. Your 30-day trial does not begin when you order or when Richway ships your product. The 30-day period begins on the date your order is delivered.
2. Use Your Biomat at Home
This is a real opportunity to experience your Biomat before deciding whether you want to keep it. Set it up, use it at home and give yourself time to decide how well it fits into your routine.
A Richway Biomat is a significant purchase. Instead of asking you to make that decision entirely from product descriptions, specifications and reviews, the 30-day trial lets you make it after spending time with the actual product.
3. Love It? Keep It. If Not, Request a Return Within 30 Days
If you decide the Biomat isn't right for you, your return inquiry must be made within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
Richway's current policy states that return inquiries made from 0–30 days after delivery qualify for a 100% refund.
There is no declining refund percentage during those 30 days. An eligible return inquiry made during the 30-day period qualifies for the same 100% refund whether you contact Richway early in the trial or near the end of it.
After 30 days, the purchase no longer qualifies for a refund under Richway's 30-day return policy.
4. Get Your RMA Before Returning the Product
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Richway before the product is shipped back.
You will need your Richway Invoice (RI) number when requesting the RMA.

5. Richway Must Receive the Return Within Two Weeks of the RMA
You do not have to get the Biomat physically back to Richway by the 30th day.
What matters for the 30-day deadline is when you make your return inquiry. Once the RMA has been issued, Richway must receive the returned product within two weeks of the RMA issue date.
What Does the 100% Refund Cover?
For an eligible return requested within the 30-day period and returned according to Richway's requirements, Richway's current policy provides a 100% refund of the purchase price.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The cost of shipping the product back to Richway is not included in the 30-day trial.
If your Biomat purchase included a complimentary cotton pad, Richway's current return policy states that you may keep the complimentary cotton pad when returning the Biomat.
Keep Your Original Biomat Boxes and Packaging
Do not throw away your original boxes or packaging during your 30-day trial.
This is important. Richway requires returned products to be packed in the same manner in which they were originally shipped. Richway's current return policy states that products returned without a separate shipping box or without the original product box will be refused.
The simplest solution is to keep all of the packaging that arrives with your order until you've decided that you're keeping your Biomat.
How to Return a Richway Biomat During the 30-Day Trial
- Make your return inquiry within 30 days of delivery.
- Obtain an RMA number from Richway before returning the product. Have your Richway Invoice (RI) number available.
- Pack the product in its original product box and shipping box in the same manner in which it was originally shipped.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Include your name, address and contact phone number with the return.
- Ship the return using a service that provides tracking. Richway requires a tracking number for the returned package.
- Make sure Richway receives the return within two weeks of the date the RMA was issued.
- Keep your tracking information until delivery to Richway has been confirmed.
The customer is responsible for the return shipment until Richway receives it, so keep your tracking information and monitor the shipment until delivery is confirmed.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Richway processes the refund after the returned product has been received and inspected.
If the original purchase was made by credit card, the refund is issued to the original card used for the purchase. Richway states that it can take approximately 5–10 business days after the refund is issued for the credit to appear in the cardholder's account.
If the original purchase was paid by cash or check, Richway issues a check to the original purchaser.
Why the 30-Day Trial Matters
There are plenty of things we can tell you about a Richway Biomat before you buy one.
