The Richway Biomat

Pictures don't lie. These are actual infrared photos of the results of using a heating pad (left) vs a Biomat (right). The heating pad was used for ten minutes and, as you can see, there is very little penetration. Conventional heating pads provide a "contact" heat, much like laying on the cement on a hot summer day. Does it feel good? Yes. Is it doing anything for your health? Not much. The warmth eventually does penetrate a bit and help with pain, but not like the Biomat, which warms the user from the inside.
